Here’s how we’re trying to spend this Christmas, present.

We love Christmas. It’s full of worship, celebration and food. And presents. And people we love. And Facebook. And texts. Instagram. Online garage sales. Quizzes about which reindeer we are most like. Random funny videos. Devices and screens.

This Christmas, we want to give those around us our presence, and not just our presents. Our family’s gift to you is a Christmas card that turns into a box! (Some assembly required.) Download the PDF, print it, and then follow the instructions in the video below to assemble the box.

Hide your device in it when you want to remind yourself that part of your gift to the people around you is being fully present. There should be room for their phones too, so feel free to invite them to join you. Just don’t be too preachy about it–people hate that kind of thing.
